OUR PARTNERSHIP

Arise Outdoor Services offers a premium landscape design experience through a partnership with Isthmus Engineering. We meet with you in person, guide the design vision, and help you make confident decisions on layout, materials, color, and overall feel, while Isthmus Engineering creates detailed 3D renderings using drone imagery and advanced modeling technology so you can see the transformation before construction starts.

PRICING

We want this process to be clear from the start. Pricing for 3D renderings is based on the size of the area being modeled, with straightforward add-on pricing for additional design alternatives when needed. These are the base design-rendering costs associated with our 3D visualization service and are incorporated into your design proposal through Arise Outdoor Services.

The base fee includes one trip to the project site within the seven-county metro area for photography and/or drone footage. Extra site visits, travel outside the metro area, mileage when applicable, and other pre-approved expenses are billed separately.

Final pricing will be confirmed during the design consultation based on project size, scope, and the number of design alternatives requested.

Initial rendering for projects 1,000 square feet or less

$2,000 flat fee.

Initial rendering for projects 1,001 square feet and above

$2,000 flat fee, plus $1 per square foot over 1,000 square feet.

Additional design alternative for projects 1,000 square feet or less

$300 each

Additional design alternative for projects 1,001 square feet and above

$400 each

HOW IT WORKS

We lead the design process from start to finish. We meet with you on site, walk the property, discuss your goals, and help shape the vision for the space. From there, we guide you through the important design decisions, including layout, material selection, color, planting direction, and overall style.

Once the direction is clear, we coordinate with Isthmus Engineering, our 3D visualization partner. They capture site photography and drone imagery, build a model of the existing space, and integrate the proposed design so it can be viewed in real-world context.

This gives you a much clearer picture of what your project could look like before installation begins. The sample work order describes deliverables that can include three high-quality renderings—an overall wide-angle view, an eye-level perspective, and a close-up detail view—along with an orbital video that shows the design from multiple angles.

Why Start With Design

For larger landscape and hardscape projects, design is one of the most important parts of the process. It helps you make decisions before construction starts, compare options with more confidence, and avoid costly changes later.

This service is especially helpful for projects involving patios, retaining walls, steps, planting areas, grade changes, and full outdoor living spaces. When a project includes many moving parts, a realistic rendering helps everything come together more intentionally.

  • See how patios, walls, steps, and planting areas work together on your actual property.

  • Compare design ideas before installation begins.

  • Make material and color selections with more confidence.

  • Reduce uncertainty before a major investment in your home.

  • Move into construction with a clearer plan.

WHEN TO START

You can begin the design process in spring, summer, or fall. Any of those seasons can be a great time to start planning your project, especially if you want to work through layout, materials, and design details before installation begins.

Fall is often the best time to start the design process, because site photos and drone imagery can be captured before winter weather arrives. Once snow covers the yard, we cannot document accurate site conditions for 3D renderings. But, once the imagery is captured, winter can still be a productive time to refine the design, review renderings, make material selections, and prepare for the next construction season.
